Request Operating Authority Letter

An Operating Authority Letter includes a company’s name, address, USDOT Number, and MC number. This letter is necessary for booking loads and is one of the last steps when a new carrier is incorporated. In the event of the loss of said letter, a new copy can be requested and will arrive via mail.
