Reactivate MC Number

If you need to reactivate your MC Number you can do now online.

After you have submitted this request, you will receive an email in a few hours letting you know that the MC Number has been reactivation. This is only for carriers who have previously voluntarily detached the MC Number, or it was revoked due to failure to file proof of insurance (BMC-91X), BOC-3 / Processing Agent, MCS-150 / Biennial Update or failure to complete the New Entrant Safety Audit.

Please note, once your MC Number has been reactivated, you will still need to file UCR (Unified Carrier Registration), proof of insurance, and BOC-3 / Processing Agent.

You May Also Need
